1. Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- The product received is significantly different from the approved design proof.
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
3. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a correction free of charge.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products based on your specifications.
- Products damaged by customer misuse.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund process:

- Our team will review your case and provide instructions within 2 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
In the case of our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
